Scout automatically updates your Microsoft Outlook address book by extracting your acquaintances' personal information from an online database to which you need to register. Through it you will also transmit your data to those contacts who wish to communicate with you through the popular email client.

In order for a contact to be present in your Outlook address book with all the updated information, you must indicate his e-mail address as long as the plug-in proceeds to the relevant synchronization. If contacts make changes to their own data, the changes will be added to the calendar without you having to do it manually, allowing you to define the frequency with which automatic updates will occur.

Thanks to Scout you will never again have to deal with obsolete information about those people you communicate with via Outlook, having at all times the latest data published by the contacts of the agenda integrated in the aforementioned client.
